Here are some rules to my store:
It is a private store (consumer to consumer), so I do not accept returns.
Although this is not my main activity, I try to ship as soon as possible orders, within 2-5 days after payment has been received, which excludes weekends and holidays (I prepare orders these days, but shipping it in the next business day at the time).
For orders less than 350 gr, the shipping methode is made essentially with Bpost (Belgian postal service : www.bpost.be), so there is no tracking number, there is a risk that the letter will be lost (but it's very rare). In this case, I'm sorry but I do not make a refund in case of loss or damage. But if you want more security, you can ask me to use Kiala or a tracking number with Bpost (but it's more expansive) , during the "request a quotes". For orders than more 350 gr, I use automatically Kiala or a package with Bpost (the more economical by country).
